HRF Motorsports was founded in 2004 by father-and-son team Warren and Nick Hines with one simple goal: build a better whip mount.
As lifelong off-road enthusiasts and dedicated sand dune riders, we spent countless weekends riding the dunes and experiencing firsthand the shortcomings of the whip mounts available at the time. Most products on the market were axle-mounted designs that were flimsy, unreliable, and often failed to keep safety flags visible where they belonged.
We knew there had to be a better solution.
Drawing from our passion for off-roading and our fabrication experience, we set out to design and manufacture a whip mount that was stronger, more durable, and most importantly, effective at keeping safety flags high in the air where they could be seen by other riders. Safety was always our primary focus, and we refused to compromise on quality.
What started as a small project in our shop quickly gained attention among fellow dune riders who appreciated a product that actually performed as intended. Since then, HRF Motorsports has earned a reputation for building some of the toughest and most reliable whip mounts in the industry.
Today, we remain committed to the same principles that inspired us more than two decades ago: quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and a genuine passion for the off-road community. Every product we build is designed by riders, for riders, and tested in the same environments where it will be used.
